Growing up my parents always put together a Valentine's Day scavenger hunt. This year we figured the girls were old enough to follow the clues and find their treats... so off they went around the house. Jena wanted to go as fast as possible and Taylor was right along with her until she found one of her little boxes of chocolates. Then Jena had to help motivate her to continue searching. With all their goodies found they figured they could humor mommy with a picture in their hats. I can't believe I actually really like to crochet :)
After church we told Jena there was another surprise coming and once she saw the cousins and Grandparents she knew this was the best Valentine's Day ever :) So they spent the night and next day playing games, dressing up, going on a hike and enjoying ice cream sundays.

Those hats are too much!
Super cute!
The hats look so cute! Good job!
Jeanne, you are such a crafty woman. Those hats and all of your creations are impressive. So is the lovely weather you are having down south. We just got 21" of snow the other day.
Hey girly! You are quite creative, but then again you always were. We are planning a trip to Cali and want to visit. Let you know more details later, but we are thinking May right now.
I just barely checked your blog. Didn't know you had updated it. I still hope to be better myself. Hopefully I'll start soon. :) Love the cute pictures! Especially the one with Spencer at the bottom of the dog-pile! My kids sure had fun!
